A little lion came to visit...

My weekend

I would have posted throughout the weekend but I was battling a sick stomach.  I feel much better now...and can't wait to share these pictures with ya' all!!! 

I photographed this little little girl over the weekend!  She was precious!  I think she looks like a baby doll in this ruffle dress...so sweet!  Mom and Dad were just so in love with her.  All she wanted to do was sleep!  It was so nice outside and perfect for a nap:)  She opened her eyes for this one.....

I also photographed a fun loving family!  I shot a lot of their pictures at this new little location that a friend told me about.  It was great~ We did lots of different things and so it was really hard for me to pick ones to share....here are a few from our session!  I have known this family for a long time...and too see that their kids have grown so big....I just couldn't  believe it:)

I had to post ths one of "k"!  I loved this picture!  She has two brothers but I thought since she is the only girl...and the fact that she got a huge bruise on her leg during our session(she is tough)....I could just post her:)

And I had to post this picture...because I thought this picture really gives some of us freshly married moms a reassurance that love lasts and only gets stronger!  I loved this picture of mom and dad:)  It is as if they were just engaged:) Beautiful:)

Our Little Pumpkins 2008

Here is the information for our Halloween event!  It will take place at Ackerman Farms!  I will have three different options for your picture settings.  They consist of a solid white, solid black, or a fall setting with prop options like an old wagon, pumpkins, straw, and much more!  It will be a blast!  There is a gift shop and live animals to visit!  Don't forget the apple picking!  Your little ones will have lots of fun in their costume...BECAUSE THEY WILL GET TO WEAR IT MORE THAN ONCE!!!!   

I have a picture of my Julia in a Halloween costume and I love it!  They look sooo cute!!

How it will work:  Come to Ackerman Farms with your little one dressed in their costume.  You will check in and fill out some brief paperwork....after the mini mini session, I will give you a slideshow name and password.  Your pictures will be up for viewing the next day after noon.  You will pay $10.00 nonrefundable fee at the time of the session.  This will be deducted from your package at time of purchase.

Ordering:  You will be able to order your prints right off my website.  You will have to pay with a credit or debit card. 

How long until I get my prints:  You will receive your prints five days after we receive payment.  It could even be sooner as I will be working with a local professional print lab to provide faster service.

How do I get my prints:  You prints will be mailed to your residence or can be picked up with a scheduled time at Ackerman Farms Downtown Gift Shop on Main Street.

How do I book a time slot:  E-mail me at patty@bows4babes.com or call me at 309-645-7333 to book a time slot....they are limited so do hestiate...when they are gone...that's it:):)

Fun Family

We had a fun session at Eureka Lake!  It is so beautiful!  There were baby ducks that came right up to us!  Fun!  I loved this picture!  It was fun and the kids gave me some genuine smiles:)  Thanks to the M family! I will post more later...I am just getting my fingers into your pictures:)

On the Farm

I took this little guys picture at Ackerman Farms in Morton Illinois.  It is a great place for fall pictures and so keep that in mind if you are looking for a session location. They have pumpkins and a great gift shop! You can also pick apples! I will be doing something really cool for Halloween the first two weekends in October at Ackerman Farms. I will have all of the details on my blog Friday morning...sign up will start then...first come first serve as I will have a limited amount of time slots.  Soooo...check back on Friday!!

I have a friend that makes amazing children's clothing!  If you want something with ruffles, ribbon, and paint...she is the one you need to call!  She can custom make any outfit!  She also paints names etc...on clothing!  AND YOU CAN WASH IT IN THE WASHER!!!
